TIMEFRAME TO REPORT DAMAGES:
-10 days from receipt for all items shipped out of Austin
-90 days from receipt for all items shipped on direct containers
**If there is noticeable damage to any of the packaging, please take photos before
unwrapping the items. Please keep packaging until items are inspected for damage.
Please notate visible damage on delivery receipts.

** REQUEST CAN NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM(S)**
1st Picture: A clear photo of either the product sticker (usually found on the underside
of the item), or the carton label.
2nd Picture: A photo of the overall piece.
3rd Picture: A close up photo of the damage or damages.
**ALL THREE PHOTOS MUST BE INCLUDED IN ORDER FOR YOUR CREDIT TO BE PROCESSED.
YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO INCLUDE AS MANY PHOTOS AS YOU LIKE.
**FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ABOVE WILL RESULT IN DELAY/DENIAL OF DAMAGE CLAIM.
